By accessing and using Slowpost ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Slowpost is a social networking platform designed for annual correspondence between users. The Service allows you to:

• Create and maintain a profile
• Subscribe to other users' annual posts
• Create and join groups
• Share one annual post per year with your subscribers

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
• One person may not maintain more than one account

4. User Content

• You retain all rights to content you post on Slowpost
• By posting content, you grant Slowpost a license to display and distribute your content on the platform
• You are solely responsible for the content you post
• You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

• The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Slowpost and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Slowpost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
